Meet Michele Rich
Michele is a graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology with a minor in sociology and human development. Michele joined the agency in 2012 and is licensed in property, casualty, life, health, and fixed annuities. She holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), received a Master’s degree in human resources in 2017, and is certified in COBRA and Section 125 administration.
