Patty VanSkiver has been a licensed property and casualty agent with the Williams Agency for over 20 years. She is licensed in both Pennsylvania and New York.

Patty takes great pride in helping the agencies’ clients find the right insurance for their individual needs. Her co-workers lovingly refer to her as the “insurance bible”.

She and her husband, Tim, reside in Allegany in a home they built themselves. She enjoys playing clarinet in a local community band, reading, and travelling to Florida to visit family and friends.
